We will greet you upon your arrival, give you a tour, answer any questions and ensure that you are ready to enjoy your stay at Cold Springs. We aim to minimize our presence and to respect your desired level of privacy during your visit, but may be onsite if the need arises. We are happy to discuss this further to ensure your satisfaction and comfort
COLD SPRINGS POLICIES
Up to 12 vehicles can fit in the designated parking areas
SOUND AND RESPECT FOR NEIGHBORS
While the property is very private, sound carries and there are neighbors on adjacent properties. We ask that sounds be kept low between the hours of 10pm-7am
Smoking is only permitted in the designated outdoor smoking-area located behind the Yurt
In Oct 2017 Sonoma County experienced devastating wildfires that burned 8,400 homes and over 245,000 acres of land. To this end, we do not permit outdoor fires
An emergency medical kit for minor injuries is located in the hallway closet of the Casa. There is an EpiPen for bee sting allergies. Please note that there are bee hives on the property.
The gardens are for your visual enjoyment. There are inviting benches throughout to enhance the contemplative, relaxing and serene aspects of the land. Our orchards and gardens are relatively young and we work hard to support the plants to grow; we ask that fruits and vegetables are not picked by guests. Please dispose of compost and garbage in bins provided
Please turn off heaters/AC units when exiting the buildings/property for extended periods of time. Please be mindful to return items to where you found them and leave furniture as you found it
